University Policy 803, Reporting and Investigation of Suspected Improper Activities and Whistleblower Protection, has been revised to include instructions for Board of Trustees members about what actions to take if a Board member receives report a report of alleged improper activities by a University employee.  In addition, ownership of this policy has been transferred from Business Affairs to Legal Affairs.
