Title IX

The Title IX Office is a unit of the Division of Institutional Integrity and is dedicated to promoting a safe and healthy campus environment through compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE). Title IX requires equity in all educational programs and activities without sex discrimination and Campus SaVE requires education and prevention of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking.
