The Code of Student Responsibility is revised to add Interim Regulations on Participation of Attorneys or Non-Attorney Advocates in Student Conduct Procedures. The Interim Regulations are effective for all Formal Charges under University Policy 406, The Code of Student Responsibility, made on or after August 23, 2013, and supersede any conflicting provisions of The Code of Student Responsibility, as currently written. The Interim Regulations are intended to comply with NC General Statutes Section 116-40.11 (Session Law 2013-413, House Bill 74).
