The flags of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina will fly on the campus of the University. The Department of Police and Public Safety is responsible for raising and lowering the flags and for seeing that they are flown in a manner consistent with federal and state laws and University policies.

The flags of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina will fly at the campus of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte under the laws and regulations designed to give them full respect and proper care.
Procedures and Regulations
The Department of Police and Public Safety is responsible for raising and lowering the flags and for seeing that they are flown consistent with federal and state laws and proclamations, and University policies.
