 Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs

Job Description

  1. Provides imaginative leadership in the management of financial affairs and physical facilities;

 

  1. Contributes to the general welfare and vitality of the entire University;

 

  1. Serves as the primary liaison between the Business Affairs division and other major components of the university;

 

  1. Establishes and maintain the financial health of the university;

 

  1. Oversees the construction and maintenance of the physical facilities of the university;

 

  1. Promotes efficient and useful service of the University support units which report to the Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs;

 

  1. Discharges responsibilities with the overall welfare of the academic environment in mind;

 

  1. Signs contracts; and

 

  1. Makes investments, and executive transfers among internal budgets.
